Customer Service Representative
What's the role
As a Customer Support Agent, you will report administratively to the Customer Support Manager and be responsible for the following duties.
Accountabilities:
- ✅ Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.
- ✅ Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
- ✅ Process orders, transactions, returns, and refunds efficiently.
- ✅ Resolve customer issues via phone, email, and live chat.
- ✅ Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
- ✅ Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution.
- ✅ Collaborate with other departments to improve customer experience.
- ✅ Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products or services.
- ✅ Stay updated on company products, services, and promotions.
- ✅ Meet customer service performance metrics (e.g., response time, resolution rate).
What we need from you

The base salary for this position is $39,000 - $65,000 per year. Individual pay will be based on various factors, such as relevant work experience, education, certifications, skill level, seniority, and internal equity.
