Customer Service Representative

What's the role?

As a Customer Support Agent, you will report administratively to the Customer Support Manager and be responsible for the following duties.

Accountabilities:

  • ✅ Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally.

  • ✅ Process orders, transactions, returns, and refunds efficiently.

The base salary for this position is $39,000 - $65,000 per year. Individual pay will be based on various factors, such as relevant work experience, education, certifications, skill level, seniority, and internal equity.
